ROASTED PECANS 
1 qt. shelled pecans
1 egg white, beaten until stiff
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. water

Mix sugar, salt, milk, and water into egg white. Fold pecans into mixture. Spread evenly on cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes.
