ROASTED PECANS 
2 c. pecan halves
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
1 1/2 tbsp. butter (melted)
2 tsp. soy sauce

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In 8 or 9 inch cake pan, combine pecans and butter. Toast in oven 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add rest of ingredients and toss.
