1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake according to package directions. Grease and flour 13"x9"x2" pan. Pour cake into pan. Mix ricotta, sugar, beaten egg and vanilla. Pour cheese mixture over cake and spread evenly. Do not mix batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center. Cool. Cut into squares.
