RICE 'N CHOPS 
4 or 6 pork chops
1 can vegetable soup
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic

Bread chops and fry. Remove from frying pan. Pour off most of grease, leaving sediments. Saute onions until tender, then cook garlic until tender, not brown. Pour soup mixed with water over ingredients as if making gravy; let simmer 5 minutes. Place chops on bottom of baking dish, cover with rice. Pour soup gravy mixture over rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until rice is done and seasoning is through it. Hamburger can be used in place of chops.
