SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
6 slices bacon
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 c. water
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice

Fry bacon crisp and crumble; save grease to fry chops. Combine all ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased pan. Salt and pepper chops and fry in bacon grease until brown but not burnt. Combine ingredients on top; cover tightly and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
