1 c. water with 1 tbsp. flour (mix smooth)
3 c. milk
4 c. oysters (be sure to remove bits of shell)
2 tbsp. butter

Heat water, milk and flour together until it comes to a boil. Add the oysters and cook until they curl. Add butter, salt and pepper.
