BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, fry & drain
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. wet mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
6 slices bread, buttered
2 c. milk
6-9 eggs
Pepper to taste

Butter bread and cut off crusts and cut into cubes. Put in a greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with meat and cheese, then pour the mixture of eggs (beaten), salt, mustard and pepper on top. Chill overnight or at least 4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
