APRICOT SALAD 
1 pkg. apricot Jello
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1 med. sized can fruit cocktail (drained)

In a bowl, dump cottage cheese and Jello together. Mix and add Cool Whip and drained fruit. Cover and set in refrigerator until ready to use. You may add 1/2 cup chopped pecans if you like and can also substitute any other Jello and any other fruit. Just keep the format the same. There is no liquid in this recipe.
