CAJUN JAMBALAYA 
Salt and pepper to taste
1 onion
2 stalks celery
Saute in butter until onion is transparent

1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 can of water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
Parsley flakes

Sausage, smoked, cajun
1 chicken breast or 2 thighs, boiled, deboned, skinned and cut into bite
size
1 c. raw rice

Stir everything together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered. Stir again and bake uncovered 15 minutes.
