CARNIVAL JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. Hillshire sausage, cut in 2 inch pieces
3/4 c. uncooked converted rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed Cream of Celery soup
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover skillet and bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
