ITALIAN VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 lg. pkg. chopped broccoli
1 lg. can (French style) string beans
1 1/2 c. Italian black olives, chopped
1 c. artichokes, drained
1 can sm. whole mushrooms, drained
Seasoning salt to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
1 pkg. Lawry's Italian season mix, dry
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar

Cook vegetables. Mix olive oil, seasoning mix and salt with remaining seasonings and vinegar and toss with vegetables.
