CABBAGE AND POTATOES 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 c. shredded cabbage
2 lg. potatoes, cut in 1 inch cubes
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water

Put oil in large skillet over low heat. When oil is hot, spread cabbage over bottom of pan. Stir fry cabbage about 5 minutes until wilted. Stir in potatoes, onions, pepper, and salt. Pour in water; cover tightly and let simmer about 20 minutes or until done. More water may be added, if needed.
