SCALLOPED HAMBURGER AND POTATOES 
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 lb. ground chuck
3 tsp. chili sauce
1 1/4 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook sliced potatoes in boiling salt water for 10 minutes. Drain and arrange in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour, add milk and stir until thickened. Add 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, pour over potatoes. Combine remaining ingredients and 1 teaspoon salt and shape into balls. Place on top of potatoes and add sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
