CHEESE SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
7 med. size potatoes, boiled, skinned and cubed small 1 pt. sour cream 1/3 c. of fresh green onions (chopped and a little of the tops) 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1/4 c. butter and mix with sour cream and cheese (heat) 3/4 c. of Post Toasties and 4 tbsp. of butter Heat sour cream, cheese, butter and the onions. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Pour into a casserole and cover with corn flakes and butter mixture. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. |
