CHEESE SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs for topping

Slice potatoes. Heat butter with soup. Blend in sour cream, onion and cheese. Stir sour cream mixture layering between potato into a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
