3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 can lemon concentrate, frozen
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. After taking them out of oven and while still warm, use the rest of the frozen concentrate on top of the cookies, using a spoon.
