BAKED SHRIMP 
3-5 lbs. peeled shrimp
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Pepper
1 med. onion, cut in rings
Garlic salt (optional)

Place shrimp in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over shrimp. Spread onion rings over shrimp. Pour melted butter (do not use batter) over shrimp. Bake in 350 degree oven until done. Butter sauce makes an ideal dip for French bread.
