SHRIMP BAKE 
3 lbs. shrimp
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, cut fine
Fresh chopped parsley to taste
5 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 c. dry white wine

Melt butter, saute onion 5 minutes. Saute garlic few seconds (do not brown). Add wine, stir and add butter.

Arrange shrimp in a single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs and parsley on top and add butter mix. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes until shrimp are pink and tender. Serve with rice if you wish.
