ITALIAN POT ROAST 
3-4 lbs. beef chuck roast
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
2 chopped tomatoes

Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, and dry spaghetti seasoning mix. Place in slow cooker. Top with chopped tomatoes.

cover and cook on low heat for 7-9 hours. Slice, and serve on hot spaghetti noodles. Spoon sauce over all.
