TACO SALAD 
Lettuce
Tomatoes 3 to 4
Onions
Cheddar cheese 1/2 to 3/4 lb.
Fritos
Chili 1 to 2 cans

Heat chili (with beans if you wish). Shred head of lettuce fairly small, grate 1/2 onion, grate 1/2 pound cheese, dice tomatoes (use own judgement as to amount of onion, cheese and tomato, depending on family preference). Toss lettuce, onion, tomato and cheese. Place amount you want on plate or individual bowl, crunch a handful or two of Fritos on top of lettuce. Top with a dipper of hot chili and ENJOY!! Hot, crusty garlic bread goes great!!
