FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. wild strawberry Jello
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water

Mix dry ingredients until well blended. Slowly add water, cook over low heat until clear or microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave another 2 minutes or until clear. Chill. Pour over fresh strawberries in baked pie shell. Before serving garnish with sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip. Very good.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
