HEALTHY PANCAKES 
PER PANCAKE:

5 tbsp. oats
1 tbsp. flaxseed
1 tbsp. any nuts and seeds (your choice)
1 egg, beaten
milk (enough for pancake consistency)
1 tbsp. honey (I use Manuka)

Take all the dry ingredients and place in a grinder. Grind until similar to flour.

Add beaten egg and milk until pancake consistency (similar to custard). Add oil to pan and cook pancakes! Serve with a dob of honey.
