GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN 
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Prepare tenderloin by cutting off any muscle, etc. Marinade in above mixture overnight. Turn several times. Place on hot grill. Turn occasionally. Cook approximately 20 minutes. Slice on angles. Place on platter and surround by rice pilaf or stir fry vegetables.
