CHICKEN DIVAN 
6 c. cooked chicken breast, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. real lemon juice
1 stack Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

In bowl, mix soup, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Layer chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan (glass is better). Spread soup mixture over chicken. Mix melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Crumble over soup mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
