BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding 1 pkg. coconut cream pudding 3 c. milk First layer: Mix first 3 ingredients and pat in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool add: Second layer: Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of cooled crust. Third layer: Mix butterscotch pudding and coconut cream pudding. Add milk; cook. When cool, spread on top of second layer in pan. Spread whipped cream on top of cooled pudding. Add nuts to top if you wish. |
