1 c. plus 1 tbsp. regular roast coffee 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. French roast coffee (the dark espresso style coffee) 1 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 to 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Water (as designated by coffee pot) Combine coffees in basket of a drip-style coffee maker or in carafe or French plunger-type pot. Sprinkle cocoa and cinnamon over (do not mix in or you could clog the drain holes). Make coffee as you usually do and serve hot with or without sugar and cream. (Non-alcoholic) Makes 12 cups. |
