CARAMEL BARS 
32 caramels
5 tbsp. milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. nuts
Salt

Melt caramels in milk; set aside. Make crust of oatmeal, flour, sugar, soda, melted butter and a little salt. Pat 1/2 minute into 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Spread 1 cup chocolate chips and nuts over baked mixture. Pour caramel over chips and nuts. Spread remainder of crust mixture over top. Bake 20-25 minutes longer at 350 degrees.
