MARINATED BABY PORTABELLAS 
cooking oil (olive or vegetable)
3 or 4 cloves garlic
butter
12 oz sliced baby Portabellas
Lea & Perrins chicken marinade
Black pepper

Sauté oil, garlic, and butter in a sauté pan. Add mushrooms. Sauté over medium heat until tender. Add Lea & Perrins marinade. Season with black pepper.

Stir and serve over steak or as a side dish.
