SWEET BABY KICK BUTT CHILI
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Bob Evans Hot sausage (any “hot” brand will do)
large can of baked beans (Bush’s with onion, bacon, brown sugar)
1 1/2 cans (18 oz.) of coke (not diet!) (I used cherry Pepsi this time because my kids drank all the coke!)
1 can condensed onion soup
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes
3/4 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce (I used the sweet and spicy flavor)
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder

Optional:

Instant Insanity hot sauce (adjust to desired spiciness - 1/4 tsp. will give it a enough kick for an entire Crock-Pot!)

Crumble and cook the meat thoroughly in a skillet. Drain (don’t rinse it!) and add to Crock-Pot and stir. Throw everything else into a Crock-Pot, stir, put on low, and put on the lid.

Let the Crock-Pot sit and cook, covered on low for 4 to 6 hours or so.

Optional:

Cool for an hour and stick it in the fridge, covered with Saran Wrap overnight. Next day, put back in Crock-Pot covered on low, for 4 to 6 hours or so before serving.

This sounds great... but "good gracious"... no wonder your handle is Cranky Mammy"... if you have to Crock-Pot this two days... (actually like this title... suits me to a tee).
