KEITH'S SWEET AND SPICY
CROCK-POT CHILI
 
2 lb. ground beef
2 cups chopped bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (Hunts)
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans red kidney beans
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans sliced mushrooms (stems & pieces)
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning (Tony's)
1/2 cup brown sugar

Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain. Put in Crock-Pot.

Add peppers, onion, celery. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans, sliced mushrooms, chili powder, salt, garlic salt,ground black pepper, Cajun seasoning and brown sugar.

Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
