BREAKFAST POTATOES 
4-6 med. red potatoes
1 sm. red onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation: Wash potatoes, slice and quarter. Peel onions, slice and quarter onion and peppers.

In large skillet heat oil on medium. Add potatoes, cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add onions, bell peppers and butters; season if desired.
