PERSIMMON COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 beaten egg
1 c. Persimmon pulp

Cream butter and sugar. Add all dry ingredients sifted together. Add egg and persimmon pulp. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees about 12 minutes.
