APRICOT SUPREME 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 egg yolks, separated, beat egg whites
1 box Nabisco wafers
1 qt. crushed apricots, drained
1 pt. whipped cream

Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add 1 egg yolk at a time, fold in beaten egg whites. Put 3/4 of the box of cookies in the bottom of a baking dish, saving the rest to garnish the top. Spread creamed mixture over cookie crust, then with apricots. Top with whipped cream. Chill for 24 hours. Very Very Good!
