1 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped raw apples
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix first 3 together. Mix the next 4 together with the first 3. Add apples, vanilla and nuts. Do not grease your pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake about 45 minutes.
