1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (1 lb.) can pork & beans in tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can baby limas, drained

Cook onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon shortening until tender. Add catsup and remaining ingredients. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
