MY FAVORITE ROGGE BREAD 
2 c. cracked wheat
2/3 c. molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. boiling water

Mix first 4 ingredients with spoon and the 2 cups boiling water then add the flour. Mix in and place in 1 large loaf pan. Cover with foil (allowing for raising). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
