LEMON SUPREME DESSERT | |
1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1/2 c. ground pecans 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding and pie filling 2 1/2 c. milk 3 tsp. lemon juice Mix first 3 ingredients; spread in 9 x 13 1/2 Pyrex dish, ungreased. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let this cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip in a bowl; blend together and spread over crust. |
