LEMON SODA CRACKER DESSERT 
40 soda crackers
4 egg whites
1 can lemon pie filling
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Roll crackers fine and add melted butter. Mix together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually. Spread on crumb crust. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool.

Spread pie filling on top. Spread Cool Whip over pie filling. Chill and keep refrigerated.
