OVER - THE - RAINBOW CLOUD | |
1 box chocolate wafers 1 (7 or 14 oz.) can pressurized whipped cream 1 container colored sprinkles Spreading knife Narrow dish Spray whipped cream on one side of a cookie and set it on a plate. Spray another cookie and stick it on the first. Keep doing this until you have a stack of five. Then turn the stack on edge to make the start of a "log". Continue adding as many cookies as you have room for. Refrigerate at lest 4 hours before serving so cookies will soften. When ready, sprinkle colored sprinkles on. Cut diagonally so each piece is striped. |
