CREME LE CREME 
1 1/2 pkgs. (env.) Knox unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. heavy cream, not whipped
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, undrained
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Very sm. amount red food coloring (opt.)

In a saucepan mix gelatin and sugar. Stir in heavy cream. Let stand 5 minutes. Place saucepan over low heat and stir until gelatin dissolves. Remove. Cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla and sour cream blending until smooth. Add strawberries and pour into mold. Chill until firm.
