3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
10 tbsp. oil
2 c. cold water

Mix together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients, blending with a whisk or large spoon. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 cake pan for 30-40 minutes, oven 350 degrees. This is an easy, cholesterol free cake.
