3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Mix dry ingredients together in 9 x 13 pan. Make three wells. To one add oil, the other vanilla and the other vinegar. Then add water and mix together with fork or spoon. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
