QUICK HAM BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Thaw and drain 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli. In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter and in this saute 1/4 cup chopped onion and the thawed broccoli. When onion is transparent, remove pan from heat and stir in 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, 2 cups chopped cooked ham, 1 cup uncooked instant rice, 1/2 cup processed cheese spread, 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire. Spoon mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole (covered). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles. Serves 4 to 6.
