HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup 3 c. frozen hash browns 1-1/2 c. cubed ham 1-1/2 c. shredded Colby-Jack cheese 1 c. crushed croutons Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine sour cream and soup in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Add hash browns, ham and cheese. Cover and bake for 50 minutes, stirring once at 25 minutes. Remove from oven when hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with crushed croutons, let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
