STRAWBERRY GELATIN SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. strawberry-banana Jell-O
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) box frozen strawberries
1 c. mashed bananas
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
Sour cream (enough to make a layer)

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Set aside. Drain pineapple and mash bananas. Add frozen strawberries to Jell-O, add remaining ingredients. Pour 1/2 mixture into Jell-O mold, set. Spread with sour cream, 1/2 - 1 inch thick. Add remaining half of Jell-O mixture. Chill until set. Recipe can be doubled and placed in a 9x13 inch pan.
