1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello, lime, orange or your choice
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple plus 1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip or 1 env. Dream Whip
1/4 c. or more chopped nuts (optional)

Cream the cheese and Jello together; add pineapple and cook until cheese is melted and Jello is dissolved. Refrigerate until almost set; stir in Cool Whip and nuts and refrigerate until set.
