NEXT DAY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
1 can mixed vegetables
2 1/2-3 lb. chicken, cooked, boned & diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients. Mix together and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Great with a toss salad. Perfect for a busy day.
