EVERY DAY BROCCOLI, CHEESE AND CHICKEN | |
1 tbsp. butter 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.) 1 can Campbell's New Broccoli Cheese soup 1/3 c. water or milk 2 c. broccoli flowerets 1/8 tsp. pepper In skillet over medium heat in hot butter cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and broccoli is done, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4 servings. |
