YOGURT QUICHE 
Pastry for 9" (1 crust) pie
6 slices bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded natural Swiss cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Dash pepper

Prepare pastry. Sprinkle bacon and cheese in pastry lined pie pan. Mix together slightly beaten eggs, yogurt, cornstarch, milk, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Pour mixture over bacon and cheese layer in pan.

Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1" from edge comes out clean.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 main dish servings. 8 appetizer servings.
