1-2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Bisquick
2/3 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper

Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan on oven. Mix together rest of ingredients. Coat chicken. Place skin down in pan. Bake 25 minutes; turn and bake 15 minutes more at 375 degrees.
